Residential Delivery Charge: $9.95
Residential delivery base service fee applies to laundry items delivered to a commercial business, home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from a home, or to any delivery in which the requester has designated the delivery address as a residence or commercial business. RDS service areas are Everett, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Mill Creek, South Marysville, Lake Stevens.
Out of Area, Extended and Remote Area Charge
Out of Service Area (Additional $5): RDS provides a pickup delivery service outside our service area.
Extended Service Area (Additional $15): RDS provides a pickup delivery service in extended, as well as non-urban areas.
Remote Service Area (Additional $25): This charge is applied for delivery to or pickup from an area beyond RDS extended areas, which are remote, sparsely populated or less accessible for pickups and deliveries. An additional mileage charge may also be applied.
Delivery times may be extended (based on location) to areas that are assessed this charge.
Delivery Reattempt Surcharge
If we cannot complete delivery on the initial delivery attempt, the items will be returned to an RDS location. We will not reattempt delivery unless the requester or recipient requests it. Reattempts will be subject to a delivery reattempt surcharge in addition to all other applicable charges. After three attempts to notify the requester or recipient, or five business days after the initial delivery attempt, whichever comes first, the items may be considered undeliverable.
Address Correction
An additional charge may be billed to the requester for unsuccessful delivery because of an incorrect address.
