Prepare for pickup

The same business day after scheduling your pickup, a Residential Delivery Service Customer Care Team member will contact you to verify your request and confirm availability.

Pickup day

The day of your pickup, our Customer Care team will text you a reminder pickup notification with the drivers estimated time of arrival. Please separate dry cleaning items from wash & fold items. Leave your items in their designated pickup location by the designated pickup time for a RDS driver to pick up.

Delivery day

Your items will be delivered in 2-3 business days. The day of your delivery, our Customer Care team will text you a reminder delivery notification with the drivers estimated time of arrival. An RDS driver will delivery your items to your designated drop-off location.
